The name “Mamma Rosa" comes from the mother of Marcello d’Erasmo, to whom he dedicates his activity and his whole life.

The pizzeria Mamma Rosa is located in Ortezzano, along the Valdaso road, between the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains

The restaurant, open only for dinner, is equipped not only with the internal room, but also with a large and charming outdoor garden for excellent spring and summer evenings.

The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays (in winter) and open every day from June to September.

The business is family-run as it is managed by the family D'Erasmo with Marcello, internationally renowned pizza chef,
his wife Paola and two daughters, busy in the kitchen and serving the tables.
