The pizzas are baked in the wood-fired oven and preparation follows the old rules of Neapolitan pizza masters, strictly complying with the guidelines set in the Standards of Identity Pizza Napoletana STG (Neapolitan-style Pizza TSG – traditional speciality guaranteed). Mamma Rosa employs only selected high-quality ingredients and its pizzas are characterized by their intense smell, excellent taste and high digestibility.
