Mamma Rosa is in Ortezzano, Marche region

The pizzeria and spaghetteria “Mamma Rosa” is located in Ortezzano, Marche region, in the centre of the Aso Valley, lush area known for the cultivation of fruits and vegetables. In this enchanted landscape, halfway between the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains, Marcello D’Erasmo lives and works. He’s an internationally renowned pizzaiolo, pizza world champion STG in 2012 and already champion at “France Pizza Tour” in Paris in 2010 with the original pizza with squid ink.

Marcello D’Erasmo’s wisdom and mastery attract many groups of European tourists, spending their holidays in the territory, who come specially to Mamma Rosa to taste not only the delicious Neapolitan pizzas Marinara, Margherita and Vesuvius, but also those related to local products, all rigorously cooked in a wood oven.
